Ecuador Real Estate: Cotacachi, San Clemente, Mindo, Salinas, and Anconcito Ecuador

We are an Ecuador Real Estate development and sales company focused on designing beautiful Homes and Condos in Ecuador. Our Ecuador Real Estate properties are designed for international investors. Our current Ecuador real estate project is in the Andes Mountains  in a small rural area called Cotacachi Ecuador, one and half hours from the Capital of Quito Ecuador . We named it "Jahua Pacha" meaning Heaven in Kichwa (Indigenous). Our second Ecuador real estate project will be along the coast of the beautiful community of San Clemente. We are also involved in an eco environmental real estate project in Mindo, Ecuador. If you enjoy bird watching, butterflies, a natural roaring river, then this could be you're dream home. Condos are also available.

   Ecuador is a beautiful country. The people are wonderful and friendly, remindful of life in the United States in the 1950's. A time of great promise and innocence.

  The "Jahua Pacha" Ecuador Real Estate project is a gated community in Cotacachi. It lies between two dormant volcano's for a magnificent panoramic view. We also discovered a hidden artesian well not long after purchasing the land.
