Jahua Pacha
means Heaven and is a Green Ecuador Real Estate development. The progress is coming along well, the
foundation has been completed on the first condo and three units have been sold and we have a hold on

The views from these
condos make you feel you as if you’re in paradise. While having your morning coffee, enjoy the morning
Sunrise overlooking Mt. Imbabura. I am heading to
Cotacachi August 23rd. We already have several going with us to look at the Ecuador Real Estate Development
we hope you can come along.
We have
reserved a limited number of rooms at El Meson a lovely hotel in Cotacachi. It is just a 10 -15 minute
walk to the Real Estate project from the hotel, or you can take a taxis for $1.00. Bring a jacket for
the evening and early mornings. Also the hotel staff will keep a warm fireplace going for you in the
evening. The day is usually a perfect temperature of 70 degrees.
If you enjoy hiking there are many trails around
Cotacachi the one I like to walk is around the Volcano which takes about 7 hours, although the local
tour guides will tell you 5 hours. Take a sack lunch and wear comfortable clothes. Another place to
visit is Peguche falls. A beautiful park setting that has a large waterfall and creek running thru
the park. Take a picnic lunch and spend the afternoon.
A visit at the market in Otavalo is a must see.
The indigenous bring all their hand crafted textiles, carved stone objects and many other unique
items to market. There are row after row of tents set up to sale their beautiful items. Expect to
spend several hours at the market. There are also rows of fresh fruits and vegetables, some I had not
heard of before. The ground is very fertile in Ecuador and therefore the crops usually grow very
large.
