I spent two glorious but busy weeks in
Ecuador in July. We had a tour of investors from the
United States looking at our Real Estate Project in the Salinas area. The name of
the Project is called Azul Pacifico Resort. We are selling 40 unit investments at $50,000 investment cost,

The clients flew in to the airport at
Guayaquil. We spent the night there, and then we had the investors meeting the next
day. We toured Guayaquil
then we headed to Salinas to tour our property at Anconcito, fifteen minutes from
Salinas. The tour was a success with several people wanting to invest in the
project.
Then we went Quito and did
tours of the city. Then we headed to Cotacachi to view the Condo in the
Andes that we are building there. That was a huge success with 7 condos being
sold.
Several of the condos are completed and many others are near completion including
mine. Two resident families have moved into their new condos and have picked out some lovely
furniture. I will be going back next month to pick out my furniture. Several of us are doing custom
changes with our condos, look at my fireplaces in my condo with above area for built-in flat screen TV
and see the difference.
We are very please at the progress we are
making with the condos, Carolina has been so busy helping clients that want custom build changes to their
condos interiors, that we have had to hire another Project Manager to free her up some and get these
condos built faster. If you want to customize your condo for a minimal charge Carolina
will be glad to help you out.
The first of the month we will start on
three more buildings or 12 more condos, we are selling them much faster than we can get them built. Also the
materials are increasing in cost so we are going to have to increase our prices effective
September 1st 2009. The upstairs units will be
$109,500 and the downstairs unit price is $99,500. So a few of you
are on the side lines waiting to buy, get in now before the increases take effect.
