Update on all projects in Ecuador 

I just returned from Ecuador where I spent five weeks.  We have started development of our Real Estate Projects on the Beach in Salinas’s area, In a small fishing village called Anconcito.  We have hired our Architect for Salinas, for our Real Estate Project in Anconcito Resort and Residential Beach  Project. We are excited about getting it off the ground.  The Renderings  should be completed in the next 60-90 days and we can start Pre construction sales in Salinas area.

We will also decided on our Architect for the San Clemente Beach Project within the next 30 days.  Hopefully we will have our Renderings completed within the next 60-90 days also. Then we will begin Pre construction Sales.

The update on Cotacachi Real Estate Project.  Construction is coming alone very well. The first 4 condos are complete with only a few minor things that need completion.

Most people have picked out the tiles and wood floors for their condos. The paint color has been picked and the granite color has been chosen.

The views from each person condo are filled with awesome spectacular views from each window and doors.
