I returned from Ecuador a few weeks ago. I made a quick surprise visit to check on progress of our real-estate
development project in Jahua Pacha.
To say the least I was very surprised to see the progress being made by the workers in
Jahua Pacha. The Cobble Stone Roads are looking very
lovely; they match the walkways to the condos and the base portion of our condo buildings. This helps
tie the entire plan together.
The workers were just about half way finished with the road. My project manager Carlos
Tobar said they were about three weeks behind due to the rain.
While visiting they had installed two different styles of lights, in my yard for me to
make a selection from, along with a couple different types of walkway lights. This decision would be
for all of us in Jahua Pacha, so as you can imagine I wanted to make a good decision for
us. So I picked out the style that would give us all
more security, plus what I felt was a very fashionable style. I hope you all agree. Our development
will be well lit, but yet we will have privacy.
Another decision was made concerning the exact location for the community building. It
will be at the top of hill setting between the two first condos, so there will be a spectacular view.
The guard house will be torn down, and the guard office will be in a different location.
The utilities are coming along also, but we have had a set back due to the treacherous
rains. The workers kept on working doing things indoors, when it's to wet outside. These are hard
working people.
The condos are being completed, some of the owners have requested a few changes, or has
decided on some minor upgrades. We have closed on several condos, if we have not closed on yours,
please get with Carlos Tobar and he will walk you thru the step process.
I met a couple neighbors this trip, very nice people. I sure enjoyed visiting with them.
Also a couple of neighbors whom I have come to think of as old friends.
Thank all of you who have emailed me regarding your condos. Some of you I have met
already, and some I am looking forward to meeting.
I have received several email from people that tell me how they remain positive in times
of turmoil, I love reading your emails, keep sharing them with me.
Until we meet or meet again, keep those positive thoughts.
