I returned from
Ecuador last month with a sense of
accomplishment. Our Ecuador Real Estate projects are coming along nicely. Not only are the 12 condos
almost complete, but they are very stylish. Our neighbors have very good taste in their decorations. The
colors I chose for my condo are earth tones. I will be moving into my condo within the next 90 days
hopefully. The pleasures of picking out furniture are very exciting to me. I can’t wait until I am down
there full time to be able to enjoy the beauty of the environment.
We are in the process of
hiring a new Real Estate Contractor, due to the fact it is more than Carolina can handle at this time. She still will
be involved with interior designs such as Granite, Tiles, Paint, etc. Also she will be available for giving advice or assisting with interior
decorating.
I am pleased to announce
that International House Hunters from HGTV has completed filming our condos in our Real Estate Project
in Cotacachi and they will be airing the TV show after the first of the year, with approximately 92
million viewers. That is very exciting news for all that has bought in Jauha Pacha. We expect a sell out
for our Real Estate Project in phase one. I will let you know the date and time of the TV
airing.
We are in the process of
putting all our electric wiring underground in Jahua Pacha. This will eliminate any wires hanging from
above. Also we are installing very soon a large generator to ensure we always have electric and water
available. We have already put in stone walkways to all condos and they are lovely. Each time I return
to Ecuador I can see the many
changes taking place.
I will be returning
to Ecuador in February to
start a new life. I am very excited about the new adventure waiting on me. Come join me and live a live
away from the stress of daily living.
