I couldn’t wait to see the progress being made on the Condos here in Cotacachi , Ecuador. The Real estate development Project
is right on schedule. Not only has the second story on the first Condo been completed, but they are
in the process of putting on the roof. I went through each room to see what the views looked like.
Each room has its own spectacular views of the Andean
Mountains. Facing the front of
the project we have a beautiful view of Imbaburra and Cotacachi. To our rear we have the volcano
"Cotacachi" (inactive). It looks like a picture on a post card. I couldn’t decide which ones had the
best view; as I wandered through I am happy to report it was impossible to pick one over another as
each condo offers magnificent panoramas. I thought to myself what a magnificent Real Estate Condo
Project being developed right here in the small town of Cotacachi , Ecuador nestled between the
Andes mountains. The views are
truly breathtaking. It is extremely gratifying to be able to offer our readers such a wonderful
opportunity, to enjoy
their retirement in such a beautiful location, with the amenities they are used to in the
U.S., but at a fraction of the
price.
It has been raining
here in Cotacachi, but most of the rain has been at night, so it hasn’t slowed the workers down
much, they are also working on Saturdays to get as much completed as possible before the seasonal
rains come in.
The
Second Condo
Building is coming along well
also, they are working on the first floors and after they are completed, things will go pretty
fast. Also we have broken ground on the third Condo Real Estate Building. I have picked out the
Condo that I want for my home. It is in the second Condo Building that is currently being built. This is where I will live and spend most of my
time. So I am pushing the workers really hard to get this Condo completed, before the rainy
season.
We only have two Condos
available out of the first two buildings that are being built. They are both on the ground floor.
For all you new readers the Condos are quadplexes.
There are two Condos upstairs and two Condos downstairs. We are selling them faster than we can get
them built. People know a great deal when they see it.
I am looking forward to getting started on our
community building; I am hoping that we can start this in the spring. It will house a multitude of
amenities. It will be a great place to have social gatherings.
