I have recently returned from Cotacachi Ecuador where my development of
condo’s are being built quickly and sold fast. We have 30 local Ecuadorian workers that are
working very hard to get the condos completed before the rainy season. I am excited for the
buyers who are picking out their tile colors, paint and the kitchen appliances. I spent a day
with two nice ladies that purchased a condo next to mine, they picked out some beautiful tiles
for their condo, Lisa and Joan you have very good taste.
The second story of the first 4 plex condo is almost complete, and the
workers have started on the second condo. One of the nice things about buying a Preconstruction
Real Estate condo is you not only get to pick out your colors and tiles, but you can also make
some inside changes. One lady wants to make her dining room into a bedroom and her spare bedroom
into a dining area. Which I think will look very
nice. So you can customize your condo to fit your needs.
Our next Ecuador Real Estate Tour will be January 5th –
9th. Register now. We only have room for
20 people. So there are only a limited number of places available.
We received good feed back from some of our clients on our last Ecuador
Real Estate Tour. They were impressed with the gorgeous views from the hillside of our Project.

Ecuadorians. I have always found them to be very sweet and caring people.
Some very good news we had the Topography survey the land above our
current condo project. We will be selling home lots in the near future. We have had a great
interest in home sites, so stay tune for when these will be available. We will have 30 lots for home sites. The homes will range from
1500 sq ft. to 3000 sq ft., and there will be 4-5 different home plans to choose from.
